A new specialized medical practice in downtown Brooklyn is seeking a part-time Medical Administrative Assistant to manage reception and front desk duties.

Responsibilities Include:

• 1-2 Days a week 9-5
• Greet patients and visitors and manage the front desk.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
• Learn and adapt to office procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Computer savvy with excellent computer skills.
• Personable and organized with strong communication skills.
• Prior office or clerical experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for part-time shifts on Monday and Tuesday, with potential for full-time growth.
